	Alternatively, an empty car owned by our railroad can be held at the Freight Yard waiting for an outgoing load. Here are the documents for two moves of gondola 18103. Having delivered cargo to Eastern Lucubrator, it will be held at F-Yard (the inserted slip overrides the normal instruction calling for the car to go back to staging) and then later, instead of being sent a car to pick up scrap steel at Bill's Metals, the yardmaster will be told to use the empty car that's already in the yard. A railroad wouldn't delay cars owned by a "foreign road" in this way. Rules are that a delayed car is subject to "demeurrage"--basically a rental fee.
