1) Adam Move to accept reading of previous minutes MPU
2) DML suggests a constitutional review to determine what ammendments
are required. No ammendments proposed.
3) Governor Reports:
No governors present.
4) EAMOTFSMITC
- Elections!
Automatic: QEJS Move to sustain the current governemnt. DML seconds.
- Votes: MSDU.
Governor election:
- ACM (JYK) nominates DML, QEJS
- QEJS (JYK) nominates ACM
Votes: DML 3, QEJS 3, ACM 0
New Government: DML + QEJS
QEJS moves to ammend the minutes to note that ACM requests that people
not vote for him. MP-WB
DML - motion to hold a moratorium on the use of noisy power tools
during the meeting. QEJS seconds. MP
6) Officer Reports
- Treasurer reports that we've got money. Soda sales are up by a lot,
there is a soda sale on monday at star market.
- SceneComm reports that area around Anderson Lumber has been
scenicly finished in time for the open house. The barn area is also
basically finished and ready to go.
- C&L reports that all 245 freight cars are fully operational. Our 60
locos are currently being inspected, and we're vetting which ones run
well.
- MoW - The way is still there.
- S&P - reports that we are proceeding with new cabs and new drivers,
hardware seems to work, software is still under development.
6) Old Business
Open house happened. It was probably a success, but nobody can
remember anymore.
7) New Business
Open house in two weeks, April 26th.
Adam proposes that we don't take the green building anywhere anymore.
