Attendance: 8 R&A, 1 G Quorum: 5 R&A --- meet quorum Called to order 21:20 TMRCST 1) Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting WEO(JK)- Accept minutes as read - MP 2) Constitutional Amendments None 3) Governor Reports We're in good ASA standing. 4) EAMOTFOSMITC "Resolve that the present Government be sustanined" - MPU 5) Officer Reports MoW - The way is "mostly" still there. Old Business 6) Layout Planning Committee ML - Have tentative design that puts helix in back corner, and allows for a reasonably straight f-yard. Details at the December meeting, because we were not ready by the October meeting. WEO - careful with the post; don't want people crashing into it when operating with walk-around controls. If helix goes in the back, then we can put permanent track in the section after BK. WEO(ML) - Move that the concept as originally presented be accepted for future construction; this places the helix in the back corner. - MPU WEO - will present a plan for TT, discussion after the meeting. New Business 7) Budget Petitions ToolsComm - $450 SceneComm - nothing big MoW - nothing big Car & Loco- nothing big S&P - nothing big New Const - $200 MP 8) Open House Next week: Nov 23rd Floor is going to be waxed during the week.
