This page describes work accomplished on the new TMRC layout during
the month of May 2011, as taken from the descriptions posted to
the club mailing list.
Switch machines have now been installed at the chemical factory (they are mostly in better focus).
.
Paul has been putting in buildings near the yard entrance.
He's also got a new scheme for preparing the ground for planting. He'll pull out
the nails and put in vegetation.
The latest project under construction--a new "standard" interlocking tower, done by new member Mai.
The stomach in the picture is anonymous--was it my stomach or Mai's stomach? Not My's, anyway.
Governor Stunes finished the loco that he's been working on for some time.
Here it is in a lineup with other TMRC engines.
Paul filled in scenery in a little triangular space that's needed to be finished for a very long time.
He also installed some buildings in Gifford City.
John P has finished the wiring in the Chemical Plant area.
One switch machine remains to be installed. It's going to be above ground level, powered by a hobby servo.
The servo is driven by an electronic circuit.
